La Valle d'Aosta (in francese Vallée d'Aoste, in francoprovenzale Vâl d’Aoûta) è una regione autonoma a statuto speciale dell'Italia Nord-Occidentale di circa 120 mila abitanti, con capoluogo Aosta. Confina a nord con la Svizzera (Canton Vallese), a ovest con la Francia (dipartimenti dell'Alta Savoia e della Savoia nella regione Rodano-Alpi), a sud e ad est col Piemonte (Provincia di Torino, Provincia di Biella, Provincia di Vercelli).

La Vallée d'Aoste est une région autonome d'Italie, située au nord-ouest du pays. Elle correspond à la haute vallée de la Doire Baltée. Administrativement, elle jouxte au nord le canton du Valais, à l'ouest la région Rhône-Alpes et les deux départements savoyards, au sud et à l'est la région Piémont.

English Aosta Valley - Autonomous Region of the Aosta Valley
The Aosta Valley is a mountainous Region in north-western Italy. It is bordered by ► France to the west, ► Switzerland to the north and the region of Piedmont to the south and east. With an area of 3,263 km² and a population of about 120,000, it is the smallest, least populous, and least densely populated region of Italy. It is the only Italian region with has no provinces (provincial administrative functions are provided by the regional government).
