Description
Français : Le Palais des Raïs (en arabe: قصر الرياس) aussi appelé Bastion 23 est un ensemble de trois palais (numérotés 17, 18 et 23), ainsi que de six maisons des pêcheurs (numérotées 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 et 15), datant tous de l'époque ottomane (construits entre le XVIe et le XVIIIe siècles).

Le Palais des Raïs fait partie des plus importants monuments historiques de la ville d’Alger. Il représente, par ailleurs, l’un des derniers témoins qui attestent physiquement du prolongement de la Casbah d’Alger vers la mer jusqu'au XIXe siècle.
