Deutsch: Versuchaufbau von Engelmann mit Fadenalge, Bakterien und Graph zum Aktions-/Adsorptionsspektrum der Photosynthese
Čeština: Engelmannův pokus s vláknitou zelenou řasou a aerobními bakteriemi. Dole: Optický hranol (nezobrazen) rozkládá světlo do barevného spektra. Zelená vláknitá řasa (zeleně) produkuje větší množství kyslíku v částech osvětlovaných červeným a modrým světlem, proto se u zelené vláknité řasy hromadí aerobní bakterie (červené tečky). Nahoře: Absorpční spektra chlorofylu a, b a betakarotenu. Akční spektrum (čeveně) ukazuje závislost rychlosti fotosyntézy na vlnové délce. Pokus prvně předvedl Thomas Engelmann v roce 1883. |
