Looking out across the Thames at Woolwich you can try to imagine the past, the present and the future, as an industrial landscape gives way to one dominated by the architecture of modern riverside developments including flats for a few of the workers at Canary Wharf (in the distance) who can afford the high prices. Sadly many locals are being forced further out of London by the rising rent levels. The Woolwich ferry midway across the river in the background and the Tate and Lyle sugar factory right. The first time for me to test out my x-pro2. |
