Description
English: A bus stop on the A3055 Military Road, Isle of Wight, humorously named the "Back of Beyond", in reference to its somewhat remote location. Unlike similarly named stop "Middle of Nowhere", this stop does have a purpose, serving the footpath named Ridget Lane running between the Costal Path and Mottistone, which passes perpendicularly across the Military Road. This is the Alum Bay bound side, served only by the Island Coaster summer tourist service. Despite the vehicles no longer carrying the X40 number, this is what the stops still display.
