Description
Deutsch: Blick auf die alle sechs Mondmonate auf der Ekliptik beobachtbaren Sonnenfinsternisse: Dargestellt sind sechs (-1 bis +4) von neun Finsternissen des Semestertzyklus'.
Die Finsternisse ±3 und ±4 sind auch an den Polkappen der Erde nur partiell, was entsprechend dargestellt ist (Sonne vom Mond nur teilweise bedeckt). Die Sonne ist als Zeitmarke immer zusätzlich auf der Ekliptik gezeichnet. Das zeigt auch, dass die Knoten-Passagen der Sonne (Anfang und Ende halber Finsternisjahre) und die Finsternisse (Sonne und Mond in Konjunktion) auseinander fallende Zeitpunkte sind.
