Description
English: Pen and ink drawing of 'Plas Grono,' the estate belonging to Elihu Yale, near to Wrexham, North Wales. Elihu Yale was the namesake of Yale College, later Yale University. The estate was originally purchased by Dr. David Yale Sr., great-grandfather of Elihu Yale. The drawing was published in 'The Beginnings of Yale 1701-1726,' published in 1916.
