Inaccurate

The design in the hoist is the reverse of 1991 state seal , which is different from the actual 1936 flag visible here; in descending order of severity:

1. Spain is represented in the real flag by a reddened version of the Castile-and-Leon quartered flag, not by the post-1785 triband
2. the USA flag has 48 stars, not 28, in the real flag
3. the CSA flag's 7 stars are all in a circle, none in the center in the real flag
4. the Mexican eagle's head points down in the real flag
5. the French flag has more, smaller, fleurs-de-lys in the real flag
6. the circles in the center have thicker gold bands in the real flag
