At the moment there is an editwar going on here. The original picture was replaced with a completely different picture of the same person. Apparently as a request by the person in the picture. This is not the usual way to replace a picture, so I would like to know if there are rules for situations like this? LeeGer (talk) 12:45, 27 April 2013 (UTC)
- It would indeed be nice if someone could sort things out. Muliple requests by me, both on nlwiki and on the talk page of the uploader, for a valid license on the second picture were inconclusive. This means that the second picture cannot be re-uploaded under a different name and I would guess it needs to be removed from Commons entirely. Since having this picture in the revision history makes it available to obtain it from Wikimeda Commons and use it elsewhere, and that would suggest that it has a valid license.
