Jumpballer: It is the name we assign to athletes who practice the sport of jumpball.

Español: Balonsaltista: Es el nombre que asignamos a los atlestas que practican el deporte balonsalto.

Balonsaltistas defensores: Son el conjunto de jugadores que resiben el balon, en el momento que el balon cruza por encima de la red. Balonsaltistas atacantes, son los que lansan el balon por encima de la red, hacia el bando que representa el equipo contrario. Balonsaltista neutrales: son los que no resiben el balon, ni lanzan el balon, en los momentos de juego. Generalmente los balonsaltista neutrales estan ubicados en la casa de estrategia que pertenece a cada equipo.

Área de juego: el área de juego está compuesta por la cancha, casilla de sustitución, casilla de protesta, fila de sustitución,perimetro Dominguez y la casa de estrategia que posee cada equipo. El perímetro Domingues: Es el espacio donde se colocan los árbitros para observar y decidir las jugadas. El perímetro Dominguez en una cancha superior posee un área de 58 Mt2. Area de perimetro Dominguez = .((11 X 20) - (9 X 18) = 220- 162 = 58). El espacio de puntuación: Está formado por un rectángulo de (9 Mt X 18 Mt)y posee un área de 162 Mt2 Este es el espacio autorizado para que los árbitros valoricen los puntos que anote cada jugador. El espacio de puntuación está en la parte interior del perímetro de arbitraje. Las posiciones básicas: Estas son las posiciones donde deben estar ubicados los balonsaltistas defensores en el momento que se va a realizar el servicio, o el saque del balón. Las mismas están distribuidas en cada bando de la cancha y son representadas cada una de ellas por las circunferencias Germosen y las circunferencias del apostol. Los círculos que determinan una posición poseen un diámetro de 100 centímetros y las posiciones se numeran en la misma dirección la que giran las manecillas de un reloj.

Si estamos parados en el punto medio de la fila meridional de la cancha, frente al arco de Leonard, la primera posición está ubicada cerca del triangulo de Gonzalez derecho, en la primera circunferencia Germosen; la segunda posición está aproximada a la derecha del diametro que forma el arco de Leonard en la segunda circunferencia Germosen; la tercera posición está ubicada en la circunferencia del apostol, entre el arco de Garcia y el arco e Leonard; la cuarta posición está aproximada a la isquierda del diametro que forma el arco de Leonard en la cuarta circunferencia Germosen; ;, la Quinta posición está ubicada cerca del triangulo de Gonzalez izquierdo, en la quinta circunferencia Germosen.

Jumpballer attacking: ball players are those who throw the ball over the net to the opposing team. Jumpballer neutral: Are those who do not receive the ball, nor throw the ball, in the moments of play. Generally, neutral ball players are located in the strategy house that belongs to each team.

Playing area: The playing area is composed of the court, substitution box, protest box, substitution row, Dominguez perimeter and the strategy house belonging to each team. The Dominguez perimeter: This is the space where the referees are positioned to observe and decide the plays. The Dominguez perimeter in a superior court has an area of 58 Mt2. Dominguez perimeter area = .((11 X 20) - (9 X 18) = 220- 162 = 58). The scoring space: It is formed by a rectangle of (9 Mt X 18 Mt)and has an area of 162 Mt2. This is the authorized space for the referees to value the points scored by each player. The scoring space is on the inside of the refereeing perimeter. The basic positions: These are the positions where the defending jumpballer must be located at the moment the service or serve of the ball is to be made. These positions are distributed on each side of the court and are represented by the Germosencircles and Apostle circles. The circles that determine a position have a diameter of 100 centimeters and the positions are numbered in the same direction as the hands of a clock.

If we are standing at the midpoint of the southern row of the court, in front of Leonard's arc, the first position is located near the right Gonzalez triangle, on the first Germosen circle; the second position is approximately to the right of the diameter of Leonard's arc on the second Germosen circle; the third position is located on the second Germosen circle; the first position is located near the right Gonzalez triangle, on the first Germosen circle; the second position is located approximately to the right of the diameter of Leonard's arc on the second Germosen circle; the third position is located on the circumference of the apostle, between the arc of Garcia and the arc of Leonard; the fourth position is approximately to the left of the diameter formed by the arc of Leonard on the fourth Germosen circumference; ; the fifth position is located near the left Gonzalez triangle, on the fifth Germosen circumference.
