@E4024: Your edit looks good; the red-white-blue object on top is a street sign in Istanbul, so it is located in Turkey and it features the Turkish language. The object below it is a bilingual English-Turkish information board ​ar a plaque, so I will create the missing Category:Bilingual English-Turkish information boards in Turkey for it. I eventually plan on reducing the cognitive load required in the creation and maintenance of these categories by implementing an elegant template that will systemize most of the menial work.
