Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Company was founded in 1938, when business man Dallas Winslow bought the makes Auburn, Cord, and Duesenberg from the collapsed Cord Corporation. The company sold and remanufactured parts for these cars. The company was sold to Glen Pray in 1960, and built then a replica of the Aburn 851/852 Speedster named the Auburn 866, followed by a phaeton Auburn 874.
