About The Commoner
[edit]The Commoner is an independent, community-written newspaper that covers latest events related to Wikimedia Commons. It strives to provide objective, comprehensive and up-to-date information about the project, with a special emphasis on highlighting its content and the volunteers who create and curate it.
Still in a trial phase, The Commoner is published on a bi-weekly basis. As a collective initiative, it welcomes contributions from all Wikimedia Commons users — from submitting a story, through copy-editing existing and upcoming issues, to leaving feedback and suggestions on the talk page.
