Change the disclaimer link to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:General_disclaimer

Protect[edit]
Is there a reason why this template isn't protected, as other PD-USGov-Military-(type) templates are? --AEMoreira042281 13:14, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
Other countries[edit]
I've learned today that images that use the tag PD-USGov are not necessarily in the puglic domain outside of the USA. What about images that use this tag?
