His twin bot
Hello User:Multichill! Is there a bot similar to this bot which can remove the {{subst:Unc}} template from files which have categories in them. I suppose this bot adds "uncategorized" even if a red-link category is present; and that is right to do. But sometimes users create the category afterwards, like in case of File:Aksara-pasangan-ta-nglegena-cakra-taling-cecak.png.
