Studentenverbindungs-Wappen

Hallo,

ich habe gesehen, dass du viele Stundetenverbindungswappen hochgeladen hast. (Siehe auch: [1]) Bei den alten Verbindungen (älter 100 Jahre) ist dies unkritisch. Bei den jüngeren müsstest Du allerdings prüfen, ob der Autor des Wappens, also der Künstler, der das Wappen schuf, schon mehr als 70 Jahre tot ist. Das ist bei der Pontana, der Rupertia und bei der Ostmark noch sicherlich nicht der Fall. Du bräuchtest also eine OTRS-Freigabe vom Autor bzw. dessen Nachkommen.

Die Zirkel sind im übrigen kein Problem, weil diese keine Schöpfungshöhe aufweisen.

Sorry, bin zur Zeit wegen der Uni leicht eingespannt und komm wenig auf wiki. Wie mach ich das denn dann am besten deiner Ansicht nach? Eine Erlaubnis des Urhebers einzuholen, sofern er noch lebt, um sein Wappen im Bezug der zum Wappen zugehörigen Verbindung hochzuladen klingt für mich irgendwie nach Sisyphusarbeit. lg --K4210 (talk) 18:05, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
