Aufnahmeentfernungen

Hallo Ralf, habe eben deinen Artikel Wikiversity Luftbilder gefunden. Die Aufnahmeentfernungen bei einigen Bildern scheinen mir schon vom Gefühl her zu großzügig angegeben (eigene Erfahrung z. B. mit Alpenblicken aus 200 km vom Schwarzwald oder Melibokus aus 112 km bei 450 mm Kleinbildäquivalent). Wenn ich z. B. die Exif-Daten (Brennweite 70 mm, Kleinbildsensor) und Entfernungsangabe von File:15-07-14-Landschaft-zwischen-Mexico-und-Golfküste-RalfR-WMA 0456.jpg hier ins Formular eingebe, kommt auf 190 km Entfernung eine Breite von fast 98 km heraus. Wenn ich das Motiv aber in Google Earth messe, komme ich nur auf ca. 30 km Breite auf Höhe des Vulkans. Die Entfernung läge demnach bei ca. 60 km. Bei File:17-12-04-BCN-TXL-RalfR-DSCF0792.jpg hätte man bei 40 km Entfernung 32 km Bildbreite, in Google Earth messe ich auf Höhe des Mont Blanc nur ca. 15 km Bildbreite. Die Entfernung wäre hier dementsprechend nur etwa halb so groß. Die Angabe beim Bagdad-Bild erscheint mir ähnlich zweifelhaft. Gruß, --Sitacuisses (talk) 22:03, 10 January 2018 (UTC)

Ich bin mir da keineswegs sicher. Bei Bagdad habe ich mich auf GPS verlassen - und die Durchsage des Kapitäns, daß wir "den Irak nicht überfliegen, jetzt aber an seiner Grenze sind...". Bagdad ist auch deutlich beschnitten. Bei Mexiko war es noch im Steigflug kurz mach Mexico City Richtung Campeche, habe das einfach mit gmaps gemessen. Wenn du es besser weißt, dann kannst du das gerne ändern, ich bin nicht allwissend. Hast mir ja schon beim Mont Blanc gezeigt, wie weit ich daneben liegen kann. Korrekte Angaben sind wichtiger als persönliche Einschätzungen.

Auf meiner Beobachtungsliste war u. a. diese Änderung. Nach meinem Gefühl, und auch nach der obigen Messmethode, bist du da schon deutlich über der Schweiz, die vorige Kategorie war also richtig. Darum habe ich mir das genauer angeschaut und auf dieser Bildseite zufällig die Wikiversity-Einbindung gefunden. – Wenn Bagdad stark beschnitten ist, könnte das stimmen. Mit der jetzt sichtbaren Breite und nicht korrigierter Brennweite komme ich auf ca. 80 km. Das ist alles aber nicht so genau gemessen, dass ich die Werte gleich irgendwo als "richtig" eintragen würde. --Sitacuisses (talk) 22:49, 10 January 2018 (UTC)

Hello Ralf. I just posted a message to Frank, but perhaps he is away right now. I just received an invitation to contribute to the survey about your proposed Iceland Conference 2018. I didn’t know that the Commons Photographers User Group (CPUG) was planning this, but I fully support the idea and have submitted a response to the survey. When the CPUG was set up I did ask to be involved, but I see that communication e.g. the debate about who might attend Wikimania 2018, has not been widely circulated. Although I didn't know about all this activitiy, I have independently applied for a scholarship myself for the Wikimedia Conference in Cape Town. Hallo, Ralf. Auf der ersten Seite von Category:Files tagged CC-by-sa-old finden sich einige deiner Fotos, für die du vor ein paar Jahren offenbar nur eine "Creative Commons Share-alike"-Lizenz vergeben hattest. Für die Nachnutzung der Bilder ist aber die genaue Version der Lizenz nicht ganz unwichtig. Die Fotos sind derzeit mit {{Cc-by-sa-old}} lizensiert, was standardmäßig auf Version CC-by-sa-1.0 zeigt. Genau deshalb verwende ich CC nur noch in absoluten Ausnahmefällen. Es wird immer wieder nachträglich an Lizenzen herumgeschraubt. Jahgrelang war diese heutige "old" eine Weiterleitung zur Version 1, warum bleibt das nicht einfach so bestehen? Warum sollen jetzt die Uploader dort hinterherräumen? Das bloße Zusammenstellen sehr alter oder sonstwie gemeinfreier Werke schafft kein urheberrechtlich geschütztes Werk. Und alles andere ist für uns uninteressant. Es ist eine Grundeigenschaft von Logos, daß sie nur von den Markeninhabern geführt werden dürfen aber Markenrecht wird von uns nicht betrachtet. Ebensowenig betrachten wir, ob eine professionelle Bearbeitung vorliegt. Der bloße Arbeitsaufwand sagt absolut nichts über Urheberrecht aus. Die in §2 UrhG geforderte persönliche geistige Schöpfung ist hier nicht erkennbar. Es hört sich wie eine Ausrede an, ist es aber nicht. Mein Rechner ist noch immer kaputt. Bin in Hamburg hingefallen, dabei ist der Bildschirm am Schleppi zu Bruch gegangen. Das tut mir leid, dass dir so ein Unglück passieren muss. Ich glaube, hier muss ich dir keine Ratschläge geben, du hast sicher selber bereits versucht, den gleichen Rechner als Ersatzteillieferant über Ebay zu finden. This is the standard way of presenting aircraft files so that in Cat:Airbus A320 of Interjet at Mexico City International Airport files of the same reg will grouped together and in Cat:2010 at Mexico City International Airport Interjet files will be grouped together. Your reversion means that in both cases the file would be listed in each Cat by date as 15-07-15. This would not be consistent with all other aircraft files/cats. GFDL

Hallo Ralf, Ich muss dich darauf hinweisen dass GFDL ab dem 15 Oktober 2018 als Lizenz für Fotos nichtmehr zulässig ist, da die Policy per Community-Beschluss abgeändert wurde. Du müsstest also die Lizenz für zukünftige Fotos ab dem oben genannten Datum ändern un Löschungen zu vermeiden. Siehe hierzu Commons:Licensing/de#GFDL. Ich weiß. Deshalb werden sich meine Uploads in Zukunft stark in Grenzen halten. Wurde mal wieder was gegen den Willen der Urheber durch die Hintertür durchgedrückt. Unter den Abstimmenden habe ich nur zwei Fotografen entdecken können. In voller Auflösung gibt es von mir nur GFDL. Für das, was ich hier noch hochlade, habe ich vorgesorgt: User:Ralf Roletschek/Lizenz2018 und als Auflösung für Wikipedias ist 800x600 völlig ausreichend. --Ralf Roleček  12:21, 8 October 2018 (UTC)

Hallo Ralf Roletschek, {{CeCILL}} als primäre Lizenz für Fotos? Ist das ernst gemeint? So etwas stürzt potentielle Nachnutzer doch in Verwirrung. Handelt es sich bei einem Foto im JPG-Format nun um eine Quell- oder Objektdatei? Und falls als es als Objektdatei anzusehen ist, wie kann dann ein Nachnutzer bitteschön die Klausel 5.3.1 einhalten, die vorsieht, dass ein Nachnutzer, der das Werk veröffentlicht, drei Jahre lang auf Anfrage die Quellen zur Verfügung stellen können muss? Das alles entspricht doch nicht wirklich den Zielsetzungen des Projekts, bei der eine sorgfältig vorgenommene Nachnutzung auch ohne Rückfragen immer möglich sein sollte. Der Nachnutzer kann ja die GFDL wie bisher benutzen, daran ändert sich nichts. Klappt seit 15 Jahren prima, User:Ralf_Roletschek/Bücher ist nur die Spitze des Eisberges. Ich werde mich mit Uploads in Zukunft aber sowieso zurückhalten, das fällt nicht weiter auf. Du kennst ja auch noch die Zeit, wo unter jeder Seite stand: "... steht unter der GFDL und dies wird immer so sein..." (oder so ähnlich). Was ist davon geblieben? Nichts! Die Freibierfraktion hat sich durchgesetzt. Bringen keine eigenen Fotos aber das ist ja egal. Ich habe es immer betont, ich habe nichts gegen die CC-Lizenzen, sind ja quasi identisch mit der GFDL. Aber ich lasse mich zu nichts zwingen. Wäre die Zwangsumlizenzierung nicht gewesen, würde ich heute keine GNU mehr verwenden. --Ralf Roleček  16:02, 8 October 2018 (UTC)

Ich habe nichts gegen irgendwelche Lizenzen, bin nur nicht mit der Lizenzpolitik hier nicht einverstanden. Wäre die Zwangsumlizenzierung nicht gewesen, würde ich heute nur noch CC verwenden. Wäre die GFDL nicht verboten worden, würde ich weiterhin in voller Größe hochladen. Ich vermute nichts bei Flickr sondern bei der hiesigen Lizenz. Meine Fotos stehen weiterhin in voller Auflösung bereit aber eben unter GFDL. Ein paar wenige Leute hier haben im Hinterstübchen was beschlossen, sollen sie doch jetzt die Fotos liefern. Von mir kommt nur noch sehr wenig und das eben in halbierter Größe. Für Wikipedia völlig ausreichend. COM:Scope geht ja nach wie vor davon aus, daß nur Bilder mit Bildungszweck hier erwünscht sind. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren immer so um die 500-1000 Fotos pro Monat hochgeladen, in den letzten 4 Wochen waren es 16. Die paar Bilder fallen nicht ins Gewicht. Ihr schreibt irgendwie aneinander vorbei. Ich versuch's mal aufzulösen:

• auf flickr steht das Foto unter überhaupt keiner Lizenz, siehe "(c) Alle Rechte vorbehalten".
• auf Commons steht das Foto unter 3 verschiedenen Lizenzen zur Auswahl (von oben nach unten):

• die mit dem grünen (c): Das ist eine mehr oder weniger selbst entworfene Lizenz, die den CC-BY-SA-Lizenzen nahe kommt, aber keine ist, da sie nicht von CC stammt und eine Einschränkung bzgl. der Auflösung macht.
• GFLD 1.2 only
• CC-BY-NC-ND

Hauttöne repariert

Hey Ralf! Da der Herr Aiwanger es ja mittlerweile zu höheren Weihen geschafft hat, war ich mal so frei bei diesem Photo von Dir die Hauttöne korrigieren und hab es bei der Gelegenheit auch mal leicht beschnitten damit die Person mittig im Bild sitzt. Groovy, nur wo bekomme ich jetzt ein ufo her? ː-) Ich fand Deine Anmerkungen immer erfrischend und gerade in einem slang, der oft einfach echt und zielgerichtet ist. Hier ist tatsächlich aktuell etwas der Wurm drin, oder Alexander...auch die letzte Reiher-Diskussion von poco zeigt wie unsinnig eine textliche Interpretation in ihrem Ursprung ist. Was keinen Spaß mehr macht, sollte man lassen, gerade wenn es kein cash bringt. AS arbeitet an meiner nächsten Sperre - auch gut, ich habe auch ohne Sperre meine uploads ebenfalls masssiv reduziert. Eigentlich schade, ich hätte mir das mit "Derivat" fast gerne abgeschaut von Dir, nur

mache ich mir mit jpeg nicht die Arbeit. Ich hätte in Deinem Pic auch ein hdr (mit und&oder ufo) "schrauben" können, nur darum geht es nicht.

Bei den "Reiher" beißen sie gerade einen Anfänger weg und der "Altkader" drückt seine Meinung durch, die ebenfalls limitiert ist, so lernt niemand etwas. Mir fehlt da einfach, das jede Größe im Print, seinen eigenen Kontrast braucht. Selbst mit 20 MP kann man Plakate mit Quadratmetern machen. Ich hatte übrigen auch versucht Dich anzurufen, die RNR auf Deiner HP funzt nicht. Melde Dich entweder mal via mail oder melde dich mal wenn Du magst und in meiner Gegend bist. Es gäbe Objekte die für einen allein zu groß sind, warst schon mal dort ;-) Saludos, Hans-Jürgen
