Your file renaming requests
[edit]Hello Somerandomuser, and welcome to Wikimedia Commons! I recently noticed that you requested the renaming of several files, such as File:Mozilla Firefox logo 2013.png, after your similar previous requests had been declined. The file renaming guidelines limit the circumstances in which a file can be renamed. #4 does not apply in most situations, unless there is a structural need for the files to have a specific naming format. Please make sure you understand those guidelines before making more renaming requests, and please don't re-make requests that had previously been declined. - @AntiCompositeNumber: Thanks for the clarification. I tried to explain why I was making the rename requests here, but I now realize that my quite a few of those rename requests fall under item 1 of COM:FRNOT. Somerandomuser (talk) 20:26, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
