Firstly Sorry for the copyright issues i have made. I uploaded images i found on Internet which are in public domain. 

So please tell me what images from Internet can be uploaded in WIKIMEDIA COMMONS and importantly which copyright should i use.

Hello, For months I am trying to create pages. Especially the pages regarding to my village, history, famous places, etc... I still lack necessary skills to create pages though. Hello Yuraily Lic,

i uploaded this file, and you marked it as possible copy right violation. I don't agree, and i don't recognize that there is an existing copy right for this image. The original image is a photograph taken by my grandfather Karl Lembke (1886 - 1917) which i have in a family album. He was a german navy officer in China and Japan 1908 - 1910. Also, since my grandfather as the original author of the photo is longer than 100 years dead, i don't see any copy right violation.

If i did anything wrong, e.g. by chosing a wrong licence, tell me please. Otherwise i recommend that you take back the deletion mark.--WikiTL65 (talk) 10:15, 4 April 2021 (UTC)

As you know I am a contributor to wikipedia, I was just trying to help build up wikipedia articles. Can you please forgive me? I'll try harder to be more respectful and I'll try to watch what I do in the future.

I don't have any schooling or training on wikipedia and I'm really scared. Please don't get angry at me. I'm autistic. I'm not a prankster. I don't fully understand wikipedias ways. 著作権権侵害との指摘について

こんにちは、Yuraily Licさん。貴殿から私がコモンズにアップロードした画像がインターネット上にも存在するため著作権侵害との指摘で画像を削除されましたが、同じ写真をネット掲示板サイトなどにもアップロードしているためインターネット上の他のサイトに同じ画像があるのは当然であります。私は、私の著作物に権利を主張しないため、無断転載などに対して問題にすることは考えていないためです。コモンズにアップロードした画像を著作権者である私が他のサイトにもアップすることに問題は無いと考えられ、他サイトで同じ画像があったからと言って私に質問せずに一方的に削除されるのは心外ですが、私自身の作品であることを証明する手段が無いことも事実です。以上は真実です。よって、今後どのような対応をとるべきかをご教示いただければと思います。

Since the image I uploaded to Commons were deleted due to the indication of copyright infringement, but since I do uploaded the same photo to the Internet bulletin board site etc., it's natural. It is the case "I am the copyright owner but my file has been previously published without a free license on a medium I can't alter." of Com:OTRS#Licensing_images:_when_do_I_contact_OTRS?.
