File:Long exposure shot of Hilton Hotel at night on October 23, 2021.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Isn't that a terrible?

Hello George, don't know if it's only me, but vandalism, it breaks my heart. Have an enjoyable sunday. Lotje (talk) 10:53, 2 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

That was back then, Lotje. Now they have removed them. I am sure, however, sure others will take their place. At night, youngsters go there to kill their time and behave immaturely. This is the dark side of their immaturity even though I am sure they see this as an artistic expression or a political statement. I hope you are doing well. Cheersǃ George E. Koronaios (talk) 00:35, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Good morning George, I am doing very well. You too I presume? Coming back to the vandalism, pretty sure my father would have made me clean up the mess with a toothbrush. Cheers. Lotje (talk) 03:34, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
HAHAHA mine too. Nice to hear you are fine. As for myself, so far so good. ː-) Yes, vandalism is a plague and I am not sure how thie problem can be effectively solved, and not just in Greece. George E. Koronaios (talk) 22:31, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello George, could this possibly be a depiction of Vincent of Lérins (Q644057)? That would be great. Thank you so much. Lotje (talk) 20:22, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Lotje. That is the one. I do not know how faithful is his depiction but the inscription in Greek definitely reads his name and origin while the way he is depicted with this vestment around his head betrays a monk. In Eastern Christian iconography at least. Seeː https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_the_Great Cheersǃ George E. Koronaios (talk) 23:02, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you ever so much George. Have an enjoyable day Lotje (talk) 09:40, 8 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You are welcome, Lotje. Have a wonderful day too. George E. Koronaios (talk) 18:59, 8 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
