Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.

Tengo cartas permisos pero al parecer no les sirven ¿entonces dime que hacer? pero repito por ejemplo el escudo que borraste. es de nosotros es decir la Alcaldía la misma que tiene la página de internet. Oppose - Whether you can show permission is irrelevant to the reason for which you were blocked; you've repeatedly re-uploaded deleted images, sometimes three or four times, and including more or less immediately after Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Alek25‎ was closed. If you have permission, you need to follow the proper channels or seek guidance (something of which you are clearly aware). This is an issue of disruptive recreation of content, not licensing. Further, that there is a language issue appears to me disingenuous. Generally no person acting in good faith, seeing these universal, non-lingual warning symbols on their talk page (, ,)--as you do above--especially in conjunction their uploads disappearing over and over again, would not realize something was wrong and that they needed to stop.
