User talk:Gm King
Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump. |

Verified accounts
[edit]You have clearly a link between this accounts and the flickr's account Man King Go. I tagged your account as Verified accounts. From now, you have not to write to the OTRS's team for your own works pictures. About these 2 pictures, I added Flickr's CC-BY-SA 2.0 licence and mentionned the source. The FlickreviewR's tag is a confirmation about this (I can't modify the tag since I'm not administrator or a trusted user, but there is no problem here). Regards.--Gratus (talk) 16:45, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
- Removed per discussion with Gratus - the Flickr account (https://www.flickr.com/people/157678456@N07/) is as new as the Commons account. whym (talk) 07:00, 31 December 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for the effort, and I'm sorry that I lost track of that file description page for years, but I really don't understand what the purpose of creating "User:AnonMoos/Notes" and transcluding it is, since I have hundreds of files which have PostScript source code given on the page (see most of the images in Category:Images with PostScript source code)... AnonMoos (talk) 23:21, 18 October 2017 (UTC)
- Creating this page was one of the methods to save your information. You could also put it on the "Description", there are no problems with both ways. Gm King (talk) 03:50, 19 October 2017 (UTC)
- If one "Notes" file could apply to all 350+ files with PostScript source code, then the transclusion approach would make sense, but if it applies to just one file, then it would appear to have few advantages. AnonMoos (talk) 03:51, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
- Agree. If you have an own website which contains all PostScript source code of your photos, it will be very convenient (Just shows the links on each photo) . Gm King (talk) 10:54, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
