Guten Morgen,

ich beziehe mich auf diese Änderung von Dir. Author in der Dateibeschreibung meint den Autor im Sinne des Urheberrechts; in der deutschen Fassung steht sogar ausdrücklich Urheber. Dieser Urheber ist LAHS und nicht derjenige, der dessen Werk abfotografiert hat.

Hallo Mussklprozz, nein, da muss ich Dir ausdrücklich widersprechen. Diese Dateibeschreibungsseite beschreibt die Datei, und die Datei ist ein Foto und nicht die Zeichung. Urheber des Fotos ist Aschliemann, nicht LAHS. Aschliemann hat das Foto unter eine CC-Lizenz gestellt, und ist damit als Urheber des Fotos zu nennen. Indem Du ihn entfernst, verletzt Du die CC-Lizenz, unter der er das Foto veröffentlicht hat. Und Du verunmöglichst, dass andere das Foto lizenzkonform nutzen.

Es ist richtig, dass da ausdrücklich Urheber steht. Deswegen ist da auch der Urheber des Fotos einzutragen. Was willst Du eigentlich machen, wenn 10 Zeichnungen von 8 verschiedenen Künstlern auf dem Foto sind? Wie gesagt: Diese Angaben beziehen sich immer auf das Foto. Der Fotograf ist der Urheber des Fotos, und entsprechend anzugeben. Selbst wenn das Foto keine Schöpfungshöhe hat (siehe z. B. die Fotos aus dem Reiss-Engelhorn-Museum), hat der Fotograf=Urheber des Fotos zumindest Leistungsschutzrecht für das einfache Lichtbild, das hat der BGH im REM-Urteil ja auch nochmal ausdrücklich bestätigt.

• I saw that you reverted my edits made via suggested tags here Special:Diff/408144105.
• I am failing to understand that how those edits were bullshit?
• How such offensive edit summary can be used? no matter what you are reverting!

Sorry for the wording. It is now probably a general problem. This made me a little bit annoyed, and that's why I opened a section in the German-language village pump: Commons:Forum#Computer-Aided Tagging

All of the tagged values were wrong:

• It's a member of the Bundestag (parliament), not a spokesperson.
• It's a portrait, the outerwear is for sure not a part of the main motive.
• What has this portrait in common with a newsreader?
• I see no sense in tagging that portrait as occurrence.

So this questions to you: Are you proofing the tags before saving them? If not: Don't you think it's faulty to save it without approving it? If yes: Please explain how this tags can describe the main motive of the picture?

Thanks, for the explanation, I agree with you that most of the tags were wrong, except outerwear one, At the moment of tagging I thought most of it was fine, So basically I can take a learning from this and leave the languages I don't get well or about images I am not sure, I would have got this point pretty well if you had dropped a message on my talk page too. thanks for the sane reply though. Hi Ilario, I am a little bit speachless.

i) You claim a foreign work as your own work. This is a clear copyvio, not acceptable in any way, and a reason to get blocked.

ii) You seem to work at a Wikimedia Chapter. Therefore you should respect licences in an extra stringent way, because the chapters have a special meaning as role models.

Marc Schemmel

Sorry, aber ich habe eben gerade die "Kategorie:Mitglieder der Hamburgischen Bürgerschaft" aufgerufen und da steht bei mir Marc Schemmel unter M zwischen Gulfam Malik und Rolf Mares. Kann das irgendeine Fehlschaltung sein? Ich mache das ja nicht, um Dich zu ärgern. Ich weiß auch nicht, woran es liegt. --Mogelzahn (talk) 18:36, 5 June 2020 (UTC)

Also ehrlich gesagt hatte ich schon gedacht, Du willst mich ärgern.

In dieser Kategorie konnte ich ihn unter M nicht finden, sehr wohl aber zwischen Heinz Schnelle‎ und Hermann Scheunemann‎. Was mich direkt verwirrt hat: Denn Schnelle hat dort nichts zu suchen. Die Lösung für ihn war schnell gefunden: Ein Tippfehler. Und jetzt finde ich Herrn Schemmel richtigerweise zwischen Hugo Scharnberg‎ und Hermann Scheunemann. Ich kann Dir gern einen Screenshot schicken, ich habe auch sowohl die Schemmel-Kat als auch die MdHB-Kat gepurged, so dass beides aktuell sein sollte.

Außerdem wurde mir von 3. Seite gerade bestätigt, dass bei ihm Schemmel auch unter S einsortiert ist.

Wenn es bei Dir anders sein sollte, tut es mir leid, dass ich Dir Unfug unterstellt habe. Aber Deine Aussage, Wikidata würde immer unter dem Vornamen einsortieren, stimmt schlicht nicht. Das dürfte nur passieren, wenn die Eigenschaft "Nachname" dort nicht ausgefüllt ist. Eigentlich sollte DEFAULTSORT in den Commons-Kategorien daher überflüssig sein, von einigen länderspezifischen Buchstaben mal abgesehen. --Stepro (talk) 19:02, 5 June 2020 (UTC)

Ich meinte nicht, dass Wikidata ihn unter "M" einsortiert, sondern Commons. Mit Wikiedate beschäftige ich mich nicht. Keine Ahnung, was sich da verschluckt.

Natürlich rede ich von Commons. Ich wüsste nicht, auf welchen Seiten Wikidata überhaupt etwas selbst auflistet. Mir geht es darum, dass Wikidata die Sortierung auf Commons übernimmt - und das eben weniger fehleranfällig, als wenn man es in Commons selbst macht - wie am Beispiel von Heinz Schnelle zu sehen war.

Wieso Du - und anscheinend nur Du - in der MdHB-Kategorie Marc Schemmel unter M gefunden hast, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Vielleicht war die Kategorieseite bei Dir (bzw. Deinem Browser) sehr lange im Cache und damit veraltet, keine Ahnung. --Stepro (talk) 20:23, 5 June 2020 (UTC)

Hi Stepro, you contact with me last year to confirm some of the name of Barça players. I'm looking on Pamela Tajonar wikipedia page and I found that the one on the pictures is Gemma Font and in some others appears Laura Coronado. Um Crops

Hallo, Stepro. Ich beherrsche den englischen Sprache nicht. Auf Deutsch es ist mir einfacher. Ich benutze seit Jahren die CropTool und laut die Anleitung ([1]) ist nicht die Rede dass man das Autorfeld ergänzen muss. Wenn es geht um die Urheberrechte, die gehören zu dem, der das Bild gemacht und hochgeladen hat. Wer nur einen Ausschnitt mit der CropTool gemacht hat, ihm gehört der Urheberschaft nicht (anders gesagt, wenn ein Bild die Urheberrechte verstoßt, es ist schuldig derjenige der das Bild hochgeladen hat, nicht derjenige der das Bild gecroppt hat). Ob man es mit einem «cropped by ...» ergänzen will, finde ich optional. Aber ich denke, die CropTool kann konfiguriert werden um diesen extra Parameter zu enthalten, damit es automatisch nach jeder Crop auftritt. Ich mache ein Paar Anfragen um konsultieren ob das möglich ist und wenn ja, wie wird der Vorgang. Über die Entfernung von Kategorien die nicht mehr dem aufgeschnittenen Bild gehören, werde ich mich fortan darüber kümmern. Letztendlich, es gibt Bots (z. B. This picture is on house wall in Weißenfels since 1974 (with a break for restauration). The house belongs to the city. There is no reason to believe that it could be removed there. Danke. :-) Das ist echt eine schwierige Frage bei dem Foto, das kann man vermutlich so und auch so entscheiden. Meiner Meinung nach müsste es OK sein, weil die Aussage des Fotos hier die Zuschauerzahl ist (die bedeutet nämlich ausverkauft), und ich das Foto so auch ohne der Spielerfotos im Hintergrund gemacht hätte - siehe z. B. hier. Und das ist ja eigentlich immer die Frage, ob Beiwerk oder nicht: Funktioniert das Foto auch ohne?

Ich kann aber auch verstehen, wenn jemand sagt, das wäre kein Beiwerk mehr. Sollte jemand einen Löschantrag stellen, werde ich nicht dagegen argumentieren. Aber ich halte es für harmlos genug, dass ich ihn nicht selbst stellen werde. Und dass RBL ein Problem damit hätte, kann ich mir auch nicht vorstellen. --Stepro (talk) 21:33, 15 November 2020 (UTC)

An die Beiwerksregelung hatte ich gar nicht gedacht. Ich glaube eigentlich nicht, dass sie hier anwendbar ist, da die Spielerfotos das Erscheinungsbild ganz massiv beeinflussen, aber das ist eine ziemlich unfundierte Meinung... Beim Foto vom Spiel DEU-EST sehe ich jedenfalls kein Problem, einfach mangels Schöpfungshöhe der abgebildeten Grafik. Danke für die Rückmeldung, einen LA werde ich auch nicht stellen. Änderung der Bildbeschreibung

Hi Stepro! Weil du als Fotograf und Uploader auch die Rechte über die Bildbeschreibung hast, wollte ich nicht einfach Änderungen vornehmen, sondern dich erst mal fragen, ob du mit diesen Änderungen einverstanden wärst. Mein Anliegen bezieht sich auf die Bilder 7380 bis 7398. Du hast bei diesen Bildern in der deutschsprachigen Bildbeschreibung die abgebildete deutsch-tschechische Skeletonpilotin unter den Namen „Anna Fernstaedtova“ aufgeführt. Der Name ist nicht falsch, aber aus meiner Sicht ist er vor allen in Deutschland unüblich. Mir ist aber natürlich bewusst, dass sie von der IBSF zu dieser Zeit als „Anna Fernstädtová“ bzw. ohne Sonderzeichen als „Anna Fernstaedtova“ geführt wurde. Die Pilotin selbst nennt sich aber selbst sowohl auf ihren Social-Media-Accounts als auch auf ihrer Website Anna Fernstädt. Zudem wird sie seit dieser Saison auch von der IBSF wieder unter diesen Namen geführt. In den Ergebnislisten der letzten beiden Weltcups als auch auf ihrem IBSF-Profil kannst du gerne meine Angaben überprüfen. Aus den angeführten Gründen würde ich es schon finden, wenn du auf den oben genannten Bildern die Bezeichnung „Anna Fernstaedtova“ auf „Anna Fernstädt“ ändern würdest. --Xxlfussel (talk) 22:40, 27 November 2020 (UTC)
